Becoming a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM)

CAFM Transfer into CGA Program

CAFMs who have obtained their designation by successfully completing the certification standards of the CAFM program, including the CAFM Professional Examination, (Special Arrangements are excluded) are eligible for block transfer into level 4 of the Certified General Accountants (CGA) Program of Professional Studies.

Upon registering with a CGA regional association, CAFMs will be required to submit an AFOA Canada transcript. Transcript information is also required from the post-secondary institutions for CGA level 1-3 courses.

The block transfer into the CGA Program of Professional Studies will enable CAFM members to enroll into all level 4 pre-requisite course that are required for the final certification requirements at the PACE Level.
