This workshop builds on the Developing Business Plans and Funding Proposals I learning objectives. The key focus of this workshop will be on developing and maintaining relationships with funders; completing funding proposals; and evaluating your business plan and funding proposal(s); and reporting back to the funder(s).

The learning objectives are intended to build the necessary knowledge and skills of those working in Governance roles. Upon completion of this one-day workshop, participants will be well-versed on the roles, responsibilities and functions of the Treasurer; the Finance Committee; and the Audit Committee.
