Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration should be sent in writing by email or fax to the conference secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until January 15, 2010 for a full refund. A $300 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between January 16 and February 12, 2010. No refund for cancellations received after February 12, 2010 and no refund for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
