AFOA Ontario Annual General Meeting for MEMBERS only.


You are invited to participate in the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Members of the Aboriginal Financial Officers Association of Ontario (AFOA ON) scheduled to take place from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm (EST) on Thursday, October 22, 2020.

To ensure the health and safety of our members and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will conduct the annual meeting of members remotely via ZOOM.

Should you be unable to participate, please complete the Proxy Form below. Note that all proxies must be submitted via email to the President Shelley Trudeau before 4:00 p.m. (EST), Thursday, October 8, 2020.

Please note that the AFOA Ontario Annual General Meeting will take place via Zoom from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

To register:


1) If you are an AFOA member, sign in to your account from the menu at the right.  Once you are signed in, follow the instructions to fill in your registration information and submit when completed. 

2) After you have submitted your online registration, you will receive an email from info@afoa.ca confirming your registration for the Annual General Meeting and another email from no-reply@zoom.us with details on how to join the Annual General Meeting via Zoom.  You will also receive an additional email from SmartBallot to register for the virtual election.  If you do not see this emails. please check your junk mail folders before contacting sroundpoint@afoa.ca for assistance.
