2-day Pre-conference Workshop on Project Management for Large Infrastructure Projects. This workshop introduces project management from the standpoint of a manager who must organize, plan, implement, and control tasks to achieve an organization's schedule, budget, and performance objectives as it relates to a major infrastructure project. This 2-day workshop presents several key aspects of project management concepts such as project charter (project brief), scope statement, planning (work breakdown structure), project estimating, and scheduling methodologies are studied and has been designed to ensure compliance with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) requirements and applicable regulations. This workshop will also present financial and administrative tools developed by ISC to that participants can adapt and use them for their own capital projects.
